Brad bought a copy of a newspaper that was printed the next day. Pearl harbor was one of the events that turned the wolrd towards World War 2. I never would have thought of the significance of Pearl harbor if we hadn't visited.

i hope by "the wrold" you mean the United States, because most of the world was already fighting in world war 2, including Canada.

It's been along time since history 12 in highschool but I just heard someone say that and thought I'd mention it. Tonight in the hottub we were talking to 2 guys in the military and one of them who was 21 said he had shot a teenage boy when he was stationed in the Middle East, because he came to close to a America Vechical after being warned. I never think about the things like that happening in this world, it's in no way apart of my life. Everyone says how horrible and sad war is, and I agree, but never really thought much about it before.
