Our new tenants downstairs are amazing. The're repainting our entire basement suite and recently made us a fantastic salmon dinner. This is Andrew who actually made the salmon, he's a chef at the keg so everything he whips up is very gourmet. Here he made salmon with lime, ginger, garlic, tomatoes and cilantro. Then he put it on a cookie sheet rack with water in the pan so the salmon didn't dry out when it baked, yummy!
