Nike+ SportBand

I bought the Nike wrist band today, I'm hoping it will help motivate me to run more often. You go for your runs then plug in the USB port wrist band and it should update to my public profile my progress. Now how motivating is that knowing I'm accountable for my progress. I'm hoping to run a smooth 5 km by the end of this month and 10km after that.

Getting Bigger

Chase is almost 9lbs he's growing so fast.

He liked it!

Chase was being a bit fussy as Quentin was trying to settle him. I came into the room to find Quentin had placed him in the back of the couch and he was loving it. He lay there for a while with his head lower than his feet sucking on his pacifier before falling asleep. It was so cute, we were all watching him. I think the confined space reminded him of the good old days in the womb.
