Mantique has a horrible return policy, but I was able to return my Parasucio jeans without a receipt which I purchased 4 months ago and get a new pair of Guess jeans plus a new top.
I'm very proud of myself.
I originally had the receipt so I phoned the store about 2 weeks ago and told them that I know you only 30 days on your store policy but what is the manufactures warranty. They said they would have to get back to me. It took 2 weeks of phone calls and finally the manager told me to come in so she could see what I was talking about. I somehow lost the receipt from my car to the store, don't ask how, but the manager already new me so she phone head office and got them to give me an exception. Wow I love that store.
