Thursday already

I have to stay motivated the scale is broken again....... decided to go up a bit. :(
Coffee, Cream 1
Toast 1
Cheese 1
Ham 1
Bit of juice like 4 oz's .5

Lunch
Chicken currey soup from Save On ( Amazing stuff, you buy it in the deli fresh) 4
Americano with Sugar Free Hazelnut. 1 for milk

Dinner
Flank steak with all this breaded stuff and veggies inside. 5
Potato Baked 2
Sour Cream 1
Greek Salad 3

Chocolate Bar - sugar free 4

2 Bits of the dinner from my parents house, (chicken salsa quesidias, it was so good, I'm making it for us this weekend.) 2

So I'm at 26 that's better and I'm planning on being good Friday.

I was, but I sort of slacked off, but if you want to lose it totally works, it's basically counting calories.
