Danny got Fired

Okay I would just like to say that I'm very disappointed tonight because Danny got fired from the Apprentice. In my opinion he was the only one I really liked. You can tell that he is super positive and I bet he would be a fantastic boss to work for. Danny just oozes self esteem and he wants everyone around him to be as happy as he it. I liked his funky suits too, and the fact that he liked to be bit different. You can tell he doesn't like playing by the rules which is why he brought in that idiot who should have been fired into the board room.
The only thing is Danny should have been more assertive, sometimes you need to just tell people what to do or were to go.
I think the delay in his decision making process was more the fact that he didn't have a great idea and he was nervous about going ahead.
The apprentice is centered around the individual, and top down styled leadership. You can tell that Danny values the more circular leadership style and Mr. Trump doesn't get it. Or I think he does (because he believes in the best people) but that wouldn't work well for saying your fired or for the ratings on the show. So see ya later Danny. Bye Danny you were cute, I'm going to miss you. :(
